PakTrust is thrilled that 750 of the poorest people were treated at the Mirpur Eye Camp on 01/01/2001 completely free of charge. This included young and old, male and female.
Ensuring people can see properly helps not only those with poor or no eye sight, for it gives the independence and frees them from relying on their families.
In addition, an independent family member allows the opportunity for the family a chance and time to earn a living without having to look after their family members 24×7.
